Second quarter 2010 Results
Revenue for the second quarter ended June 30, 2010 increased by 18.9% to RMB 272.3 million (US$ 39.8
million) compared to the first quarter ended March 31, 2010, and increased by 29.5% compared to the second
quarter ended June 30, 2009. The sequential increase in revenue from the first quarter of 2010 was mainly driven
by higher sales volume. The year-over-year increase in revenue was primarily driven by a 21.8% increase in
volume from 8.7 million square meters to 10.6 million square meters in the second quarter of 2010 compared
with the same period in 2009, as well as a 5.9% increase in average selling prices as a result of price increases in
the second half of 2009. The growth in volume was mainly due to production capacity contributed by the Gaoan
