Recipe for +/- 25 individual cakes
Puratos Tegral 4Ever Cake
Puratos Aristo Primeur Cake 250g
Soften the Aristo Primeur Cake and
mix together with the Tegral 4Ever
Cake. Add the eggs. Mix for 1min.

at slow speed, scrape down and mix
for 3min. more at medium speed.
Pipe into the desired moulds. For
an individual size, bake for
approximately 15min. at 190°C
in a deck oven.
Soften the desired
Cryst-o-fil® to 24-26°C
and add 5-8% of your
Range flavour. Fill
the baked cakes.
