TERMS: $100 CASH deposit refundable if bid paddle is returned and/or winning bid invoice is
completed by December 17, 2009. Auction invoice must be paid in full – NO PARTIAL PAYMENTS
NON PAYMENT: If winning bid participant fails to submit payment in full for his/her auction purchases
by due date that person or that person’s representative will forfeit the $100.00 deposit! In order for a
person who has failed to pay for an invoice to participate in future auctions a $1,000.00 deposit in the
form of a Cashier’s Check, plus the normal $100.00 cash Bid Paddle deposit is required. Both deposits
can be applied to the auction purchases or will be refunded if no purchases are made.
FINAL PAYMENTS: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Cashier’s Check (exact amount only).
Payment in full is due before Thursday December 17, 2009 3:30 pm. No partial payments accepted.
PICK UP: All items must be picked up before 3:30 pm on Thursday December 17, 2009. An additional
$100.00 storage fee will be charged for each additional business day pick-up is late, up to 4 days. After
December 24, 2009 all items will be forfeited.
