tors of the Transylvania University Baseball Camp to act
for me according to their best judgment in any emergency
requiring medical attention for my son, daughter, or ward.
I waive and release the camp from any and all liability for
any injuries or illnesses incurred while at camp.

due to injuries received in camp requiring medical or den-

All 2009 summer baseball camps will be held at beautiful
Marquard Field,Transylvania’s state-of-the-art home field. Built
in 2001 at a cost of $2.1 million, this field is one of the best
baseball facilities in the region. It is located on Haggard Lane,
just off North Broadway, at the I-75 intersection. Directions to
the field will be mailed with your confirmation letter.
Transylvania Baseball has teamed up with Champions
Sports in Nicholasville KY to off to offer the 2009 Camps.
Champions is a full-service indoor baseball academy, offering
batting cages, a full turf infield, and strength and conditioning
facilities. In the event of rain or inclement weather,Transy base-
