Analyze the following case and answer the questions given at the end:-
Another dynamic entrepreneur is young Priya Chawla, who owns a workshop where
corrugated sheets for boxes are manufactured. Priya has been in business from 1990. Prior
to this, she had been a secretary in a company and it was there she learnt trading. It was
with trading that she began, but soon switched over to manufacturing because it was more
challenging.
Priya says, from childhood, she had dreamt of having her own business. Like most entrepreneurs,
she got her finance from Maharashtra Finance Corporation. Hers was a viable project and she had
no difficulty in convincing them. The working capital was provided by State bank of India. Her, Priya
Industries has 30 workers. A number of leading companies manufacturing electrical goods are her
customers.
Within two years, Priya will expand her industry into large scale one. She plans to start,
laminating and printing and will thus be able to assemble the corrugated sheets into boxes.
Questions:
