What will people get out of the book? Why would they want to buy it?
The book is designed to give people the tools and the motivation to improve their working life and
make some of those changes now. If people are unhappy in their jobs, then this book will give
them ideas and inspiration for how to alter the situation.
There are diagrams that simplify and explain how to achieve job success and career change. The
chapters are concise and to the point and include tips and specific strategies for each area. There
are personal examples from my own and other people’s experience within large and small busi-
nesses across Europe, New Zealand and Australia.

Can you give a brief overview of the book?
“How To Enjoy Your Job” is aimed at people who are unhappy in their jobs
right now, and who want to do something about their situation. Part 1 outlines
the problem of workplace unhappiness and how it is affecting people’s health.
Studies show that between 50-70% of people are not happy in their work—this
is a huge number of miserable workers!
