Education Thought Leaders and Change Agents Rise to #1 on iTunes List of
Top Programs
BAM Radio Network's new programs quickly strike a chord with iPod audience
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) June 27, 2010 -- Today, BAM Radio Network, the education station online,
announced that two of its new programs on the Thought Leaders and Change Agents Channel were the
number-one episodes on iTunes' list of top shows in the categories of Education and K-12 over the Father's Day
weekend and the third week of June. The first segment was "Teens 101: Understanding The Mind of Teens and
Tweens" from the program Understanding Teens with Dr. Regina Lamourelle. The second segment was "Can We
Trust The Data on Student Achievement?" from the program Insider/Outsider with Allison Zmuda. In addition to
being the top education episodes, both programs made the Top Podcast List in their respective categories --
Insider Outsider at number seven in the K-12 category and Understanding Teens at number 20 in the general
education category.
Both programs made the iTunes lists within days of their release. In May, Heart to Heart Conversations on
Leadership" with Holly Elissa Bruno, the first program to launch on the Thought Leaders and Change Agents
Channel, also made the made iTunes Top Podcast list.
This brings the number of Jackstreet Media radio shows that have made the iTunes Top podcast list to 13, with
three hitting number one and eight breaking into the top 25. The list includes NASN Radio, NAEYC Radio,
ASBO Radio, IRA Radio, NAESP Radio, K-12 Greatest Hits.
Two BAM programs have stayed on the iTunes Top Podcast list consistently for over six months -- K-12
Greatest Hits and NAEYC Radio. IRA Radio has stayed on the list for two months.
