Mr. Daniel Kaufmann, an Assistant Professor of Photogra-
phy in the Department of Art and Design, will display his
photographs as part of the reGeneration 2 Exhibition: To-
morrow’s Photographers Today. This exhibit will open
housed at the Musée de l’Elysée, in Lausanne, Switzer-
land, before embarking on an international tour. More than
700 photographers submitted their works to be considered;
Mr. Kaufmann’s House Home collection was among the 80
projects chosen to be showcased.

“Advice for New Faculty Members,” by Robert Boice, guides new faculty on topics such as
how to teach effectively by relying less on prep time and more on confidence and spontane-
ity; how to publish more, including tips on how to write daily; and learning to be more social
by understanding how to interpret the academic climate. This book is available for loan in the
MU-ADVANCE Office (Science Building, Room 200A).
Ms. Nicole Perrone has joined the Department of Theatre as an
Assistant Professor of Acting and Movement. In May 2010, Ms.
