Solar Panel Efficiency: Most Efficient Home Solar Panels Available Are you looking for the most efficient solar panels? If yes, then the first thing you need to know is that 5kW solar system is one of the most popular solar panel sizes in Australia, thanks to the blend of high energy production and greater payback period they deliver. One of the frequently asked questions when getting a 5kW solar PV (photovoltaic) system is how much power will a 5kW solar produce or what is the efficiency of solar panels. This article takes a look at 5kW solar panel efficiency and the factors affecting the efficiency of solar panels. Solar panel efficiency simply refers to the portion of energy present in the form of sunlight that gets converted via solar PV system into electricity. If you are willing to invest in 5kW solar panels then you must know how much power does it produces. How much power will a 5kW solar system produce? The output of a solar system varies significantly depending on a number of factors such as the angle of your roof, shade, the orientation of your roof, the quality of the brands you choose and the standard of the installation. Instead, assuming an unshaded south facing roof, a 5kW solar power will generate between 14.5 and 23 kWh per day (average over the year) depending on the area you live in or the location in which the panel is installed. Factors Affecting the Efficiency of the Solar Panels There are few factors that can affect the efficiency of 5kW solar system output per day. Thus, before installing a solar panel you need to consider the following: 1. Direction and the angle of the roof The positioning plays a vital role for a successful solar installation in Australia. South and north facing solar panels are considered best, although they can still be effective facing south-east or south-west. 2. Temperature Solar panel works from the sun's heat this is a very common misconception about the solar system. Actually, it's the sunlight, which is important for solar panels. The panels can even overheat if it's too hot, resulting in low efficiency. This is why cool weather is considered best for solar as it increases the efficiency level. 3. Shade Install your solar panels where there is no shade, then you will surely make the most out of the 5kW solar system. 4. Maintenance The solar panels need to be maintained and cleaned time to time. This is not a complicated process and it won't cost you either. Talk to your solar installer about a complete service package and you will definitely get a good idea of cost. So now, if you have any query then you can contact to our solar installer. They will talk to you about all of the options. Interested in getting a quote? Contact Solar Beam at: 1300-004-077 Source URL: efficiency-most-efficient-home-solar-panels-available.html

I believe solar power is a great tool for homeowners to power their home and save money in the process. However, many homeowners that have solar panels installed on their roof are not completely satisfied with them. Part of the problem is that the Utilities prices are so high that any potential savings they had are negated, or they are not getting enough energy to power their home at night. I think this is one of the reasons why people do not opt for solar panels. Recently, I read an article by YouPower on going solar at night. Their Storable Solar Solution Systems help customers get more energy to power their home and have a way to liberate their energy bill from the monopoly of the Utility company. Isn't that great?
