Cloudveil Goes High Definition and Hybrid for
Spring/Summer 2010
06.22.2009 – Cloudveil, maker of inspired mountain and angling apparel, introduces an innovative video
sales meeting program that spotlights new hybrid technologies in the outdoor line and a fully revamped
fly-fishing collection for the Spring/Summer 2010 season.
Cloudveil is now filming the entire product range, merchandising clinics and business presentations,
presented in a first-hand manner by the company’s product managers. The presentation has already
delivered to its North American and International sales force. The brand will launch a retailer preview
version for retailers via a password protected web portal early next week.
“We decided to develop a video sales meeting to provide a new tool for both our sales force and specialty
retailers, and have already seen benefits from utilizing this affordable new technology as a selling tool,”
Cloudveil Founder/President Stephen Sullivan stated. “The video format provides a comprehensive
introductory look at our new Spring/Summer 2010 collections in an interactive and intuitive manner,
available whenever and wherever our reps or retailers need to review a style.”
Within the presentation is an introduction to over 50 new styles for Spring/Summer 2010 including
Cloudveil’s exciting new hybrid fabric technologies. The collection is highlighted by the Doublet Jacket, a
new hard shell offering, pairing waterproof construction with Cloudburst Jersey 2.5 ™, an innovative
stretch knit fabric, creating a fusion of storm shell protection and athletic mobility. Within the same
category, built from GORE-TEX® Pro Shell, the Albright Jacket and Pant deliver the pinnacle of
superlight waterproof/breathable performance.
Also new for Spring/Summer 2010 is Cloudveil’s Snake River Series, a completely redesigned fly-fishing
collection, highlighted by the new GORE-TEX® Pro Shell Snake River Wading Pant and Jacket, hybrid
