If this is the first-time printer setup, follow the quick steps given below.
Unboxing The Printer:
Start by unpacking your printer from the package and take out the box contents.
Remove the protective tapes and covers from the printer.
Connect your printer to an electrical outlet using the supplied power cord and turn
on the printer by pressing the On button.
Select the basic printer settings such as language, region, date, and time on the
touchscreen panel and press the OK button.
Installing Ink Cartridges:
Lift the scanner unit and make sure not to touch the cables inside the unit.
Unpack the ink cartridges and remove the yellow tapes.
Install the ink cartridges into the correct slots and lower the scanner unit to begin
ink charging during the Epson Artisan 810 setup.
Loading Print Media:
Pull the paper cassette out from the printer and slide the photo tray to lift it up.
Slide the paper edge guides outwards and fan a paper stack.
Load the paper stack into the paper cassette and lower the photo tray.
Slide the paper edge guides to touch the edges of the paper stack and refix the
paper cassette into the printer.
Make sure to extend the output tray and flip the stopper.
To begin with, connect an end of the supplied telephone line cord to your
printer’s LINE port and the other end to a telephone jack.
