March 1:
If a special district has securities outstanding which are non-rated and which were issued
to the public, for an amount of not less than $1 million, and for a term of more than one year payable
beyond the next year, then that district must file an annual report on form DLG 30 with the division of
local government. This report must be filed within 60 days following the end of the fiscal year. CRS 11-

special district election to file an affidavit of intent stating that he or she desires the office and is qualified
