SCOPE OF POLICY
Company promotes a work environment free of harassment,
discrimination and intimidation. Company will not tolerate any form of
harassment. Any employee who violates this policy will be subject to
disciplinary action including discharge.
Harassment in any form disrupts lives, decreases productivity, and
damages reputations and careers. It creates feelings of uneasiness,
humiliation and discomfort. Harassment undermines the employment
relationship. No employee should be subjected to such misconduct,
whether committed by supervisors or non-supervisory personnel.
Harassment in any of the following forms is strictly prohibited:

• Familial Status

This workplace harassment policy applies:

Employees who observe

workers, customers, visitors, contractors, consultants, and anyone working
on behalf of Company violates this policy and will not be tolerated.
