City of Centralia 2009 Performance Measure Award application form.pdf
The City of Centralia tracks and records performance measure data for the 13 departments/divisions that comprise our
local government services. Management asks department heads to track the measures on a monthly basis. We include
the performance data in our annual budget document and use the results to identify trends in workload, efficiency and
effectiveness to enable us to make more informed management decisions.
I am not exactly sure what type of information you need so I have attached our Performance Measure Award
application, which will give you some background on our system and examples of how it is applied. Please note: the links
