• Criminal Background Check
• Chain of Residency
CONTACT REFERENCES
• Make contact with as many people and
agencies that the prospective tenant provides.
• While time consuming in the beginning, it can
save Landlord from headaches and frustration
later.

• Conduct thorough interview with
prospective tenants and all parties who may
