The Entrepreneur’s Executive Forum
at Boston College
Dear Business Owner:
Since 1997, the Entrepreneur's Executive Forum (EEF) at Boston College
has provided owners of privately held companies with the benefits of
having a formal board of directors, but without the legal or fiduciary
obligations that such boards typically incur.
Co-sponsored by Strategic Management Resources and the Management
Center at the Boston College Carroll School of Management, the EEF
program is built around groups of business owners from non-competing
companies. One morning each month, each group meets to discuss
business issues and concerns with other executives. In this "advisory
board" setting, members can gain deeper insight into their own challenges
from a group of their true peers.
Membership in EEF also includes participation in roundtable discussion
groups, quarterly get-togethers featuring guest speakers, and our Peer-to-
Peer Executive Network, an e-mail forum that allows members to exchange
questions and information with other members 24 hours a day.
The all-inclusive program fee for participation in our program is $5000
per year. New participants can elect a three-month trial participation for
$2000. In addition, participants may be eligible to obtain reimbursement
for 50% of the total cost of the program through the Massachusetts
Workforce Express Training Fund.
Participation in the EEF program can help you to identify field-tested
solutions for your biggest business challenges, and to gain a fresh
perspective on the business issues you're confronting.
This brochure will provide you with additional information about our
program. I would be happy to meet with you at your office to further
discuss how the EEF program might benefit you in running your business.
