Daimer Ships New Carpet Cleaners for Auto
Detailing
WOBURN, MA, US.A. July 6, 2009 - Daimer Industries, Inc., a global supplier of auto detailing machines,
raised the bar for pressure offered by unheated interior cleaning systems. The new carpet extractors come
standard with 220 psi of pump pressure, nearly 50 percent than the previous 150 psi model.
"This new XPC-9200U auto detailing system is one of the most powerful unheated units in the industry,"
Matthew Baratta, Daimer.com spokesman said. "Unheated units are designed for use on heat-sensitive fibers
-- the added pressure compensates for the lack of heat." High Pressure, Low Temperature Auto Detailing The
enhanced XPC-9200U interior car detailing systems are unheated for cleaning delicate upholstery fabrics.
However, if an application requires heat, these systems accept water as hot as 210F.
The 1600-watt auto detailing carpet cleaners generate as much as 220 psi of pump pressure. The vacuum
subsystem of these units is powered by a pair of dual-stage motors that can yield 200 cfm of air flow and 150
inches of water lift.
For extended periods of mobile auto detailing, the XPC-9200U includes solution and recovery tanks of more
than 15-gallons. The upholstery and carpet cleaners are designed to minimize water use and carpet drying
times.
For cleaning upholstery, floor wells, and tight vehicle quarters the auto detailing machines offer a compact
single-jet head. Larger heads are optional and include stair-sized wand and wide carpet-sized head.
