Haynes and Boone Deploys IntApp Wall Builder to Centralize Firm Confidentiality Management,
Ethical Screening and Compliance Tracking
PALO ALTO, Calif.—June 14, 2010—IntApp, Inc., the leading provider of risk management software for the legal industry, today

acknowledgments for compliance purposes.
“We deployed IntApp Wall Builder for confidentiality management to enhance our risk mitigation measures and address evolving
client requirements,” said Richard Clark, director of conflicts and records, Haynes and Boone, LLP. “We considered our options and
selected IntApp because they’re the clear market leader. The firm needed a product to integrate with, rather than replace, our
existing processes and software, including our Autonomy iManage and Elite conflicts systems.”
Law firms must closely manage and track internal access to client information for many reasons. These include waiver-driven ethical

product for law firms that delivers real-time enforcement while updating access rig
