CAChe Advanced Tr a i n i n g
CAChe Advance training enables researchers to
more fully leverage computer-aided chemistry
tools. The training course teaches
u advanced strategies and problem-solving
methodologies.
u quantitative structure-property relationships
(QSPR and QSAR).
u approaches to predicting physical, chemical,
or biological properties.
u
theoretical background and comparisons on
the wide range of computational techniques
and tools available.
With its full-day schedule of lectures, hands-on
laboratories and personal consultation, and
optional evening labs, the course efficiently packs
a high level of intensive training into four days.
Who Should Attend
Experimental research chemists and first line
managers in most chemistry disciplines such as
organic, pharmaceutical, biochemistry, synthesis,
process, organometallic, polymer, catalysis,
materials, etc.
Prerequisites
Adegree in chemistry, some Macintosh or
Windows experience, and sufficient CAChe
experience to be able to sketch molecules and run
basic calculations.

Logistics and Fees
Tuition fee for the four-day course is $2,500. An
early-bird discount of $250 applies for bookings
paid by a specified deadline. Customers with a
current support contract receive an additional
discount of $250.
The course is held at the offices of the CAChe
Group in Beaverton, Oregon, a suburb of Portland
on the west coast of the USA.
As one computer (Mac or PC) is dedicated to each
participant, attendance is limited by availability of
hardware. Early booking is advised.
