½ pound of chicken breast medallions.
½ cup of button mushrooms.
3 ounces of Marsala wine.
2 ounces of chicken stock.
1 tablespoon of butter.
Quarter of a lemon.
Pinch of pepper.
Pinch of garlic.
Pinch of parsley.
Olive, or other cooking oil.
Heat the olive oil in a suitabky-sized pan.
Dust the medallions of chicken breast with flour.
Brown the chicken on both sides, then discard excess oil.
Add the button mushrooms, Marsala wine, chicken stock, garlic, parsley, and butter.
Saute for 4 minutes.
Serve as desired.
