Questions
RO Staff run a “macro” program to load the order to
the Student Information System (SIS)
Data should be good, due to up-front checks
(identity, holds, etc.), very few load errors
Orders loaded quickly – about 5 minutes to load
100+ orders
As each order is loaded, the program pauses if a
potential match to a registered user is found and
prompts RO Staff to override paper delivery
