You may be able to make a claim for
compensation against the South Australian
CTP scheme if:
the vehicle at fault was registered in SA;
you were injured in a motor vehicle
a family member or domestic partner
was fatally injured.
To make a claim, you must be able to
establish that the driver, owner or passenger
of a motor vehicle (other than you) was at
fault, whether completely or in part.
