Whether you’re looking for a new career, wanting to improve your job skills
or just want to learn how to update and improve your own home, the Facilities
Maintenance Training Program offered at Delaware Tech’s Stanton Campus is for
you. Focusing on industry standards, qualified and experienced instructors guide
students step by step through each of the required skill sets – welding, carpentry,
plumbing, electrical, HVAC, blue print reading, estimating and planning, math,
safety and computers. Students may be eligible to receive advanced credit or
placement for classes in which they document and/or verify prior relevant
work experience and/or training.
Enrollment Policy:
You are enrolled upon receipt of payment, provided there are enough seats
available in the class. Listed classes will be cancelled if a minimum number

necessary to cancel a class and, at the same time, be invited to transfer into
another class if seats are available. Call 453-3000 for more information.
