Controlled Project Management is a simple and effective project management methodology. This paper introduces the key
elements of CPM, its role and relationship in building a CPM. The aspect of dividing the project into task level, managing
at task level and also the data collection at these levels and the advantage of these are described in this paper.
This paper talks about the better management and control
of the project. This model is independent of existing quality
standard and can be looked at as a generic model for any
Industry has been under the influence of lot of standards
and each standard has lot of specifications. Hence it is very
difficult to upgrade the process and the methodology to the
new standard. Hence to make a generic base, a common
approach has been developed.

Controlled project management
is a methodology
describing about the way of incorporating the various key
elements, which are essential for a better project
management across an industry.
Controlled project management talks about the various key
elements that are required for a project and their
relationship for controlling the project, the classification of
projects, division of projects into tasks and gathering and
using data at task levels.

the resources has to be skillful in successful completion of
