Cash Cycle Solutions, Inc. Announces Acquisition
of Sea-Net Holdings, Inc.

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--In what will create a national leader in the document
solutions industry, Charlotte-based Cash Cycle Solutions, Inc. (CCS) announces the acquisition of San Diego-based
Sea-Net Holdings, Inc. (ZDI). ZDI will join with CCS’s document solutions group combining their digital products
and print/mail services creating a true national presence in the industry.
“Not only has our market continued to increase demands for multiple locations for disaster recovery and national
mail drops, but CCS has a strong presence in industries where we don’t and we have a strong presence in industries
where CCS doesn’t,” said ZDI CEO Donald Greenspan. “Teaming up with Cash Cycle Solutions is a perfect fit and
provides the ideal situation for our mutual customers.”
Both companies currently provide products and services nationwide with CCS’ concentration being the eastern
seaboard in the utility, telecommunications and government services industries while ZDI has concentrated market
share on the west coast with heavy emphasis in the education, healthcare and financial services industries. As one
organization, the breadth of experience with industry verticals and specialty product solutions is unmatched in the
United States. With over 70 combined years of industry experience in outsourced transaction processing solutions,
CCS will pair that with ZDI’s nearly three decades of transactional and direct customer communication.
