Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid contact with eyes or clothing.
Wear protective eyewear and chemical resistant gloves. Wash
thoroughly with soap and water after handing. Remove contaminated
clothing and wash clothing before reuse.
First Aid: If in Eyes: Flush with plenty of water for 15 minutes, and then
get medical attention. If on Skin: Remove contaminated clothing. Wash
with soap and water. Get medical attention if irritation persists. If
Swallowed: Call a physician immediately. DO NOT induce vomiting, give
fluids.
If inhaled: Remove to fresh air apply artificial respiration if
necessary.
GENERAL INFORMATION
QUAD 7™ Spray Adjuvant is a multi-component product designed to
optimize retention and absorption of many herbicides. QUAD 7 may
enhance performance of other post-emergence products requiring non-
ionic surfactant and fertilizer.
QUAD 7 was designed specifically to enhance Accent®, Basis®, Steadfast,
Pursuit®, Raptor® and other herbicides. Do not use with Assert®.
The addition of nitrogen based fertilizers (such as 28% N, 32% N. or 10-
34-0) or ammonium sulfate are generally not required with QUAD 7. Follow
herbicide label directions.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Use QUAD 7 Spray Adjuvant at 1% v/v (1 gal. per 100 gal. spray mixture);
use QUAD 7 at 2% v/v when applying pesticide spray mixture at 5 gpa or
less.
Add QUAD 7 last to spray mixture and continue agitation or follow specific
tank filling and mixing information provided on the herbicide label. Refer to
herbicide label for additional recommendations or precautions. Some
pesticides have stated adjuvant use rates, in all cases, the pesticide
manufacturer’s label should be consulted regarding specific adjuvant use
recommendations and that rate followed. Do not add adjuvant at a level
that would exceed 5% of the finished spray volume.
