OPERATION OF WIRELESS MICROPHONES IN THE 700 MHz BAND IS PROHIBITED AFTER JUNE 12, 2010.
A new FCC ruling states that the use of all wireless microphones or monitoring systems that
operate on frequencies from 698 to 806 MHz is prohibited in the U.S. beginning June 12, 2010.

In response to this ruling, Sennheiser offers the following special trade-in/rebate program
to assist wireless users who are currently operating in this frequency range. The rebates are
offered on new wireless systems and additional transmitters or receivers that replace old
equipment operating in the 700 MHz range. To qualify, the new replacement wireless systems
must have been purchased between December 1, 2008 and June 30, 2010.
Rebates are offered for purchases on new wireless systems and additional transmitters
or receivers made between December 1, 2008 and June 30, 2010.
To receive a rebate, users must trade in an equal number of old wireless systems,
additional transmitters or receivers that operated in the range 698 MHz to 806 MHz
(non-Sennheiser brands are also accepted).
Single components (transmitters or receivers) are rebated at half the system rebate
value as outlined below.
