The infrared rays heat the food from inside and at the same time its outside is grilled gently.
Since your food is grilled at a moderate temperature and still remains juicy, the barbecue works especially well

The food will be heated at a temperature of 300 degrees above room temperature.
In spite of this high temperature, the barbecue stays lukewarm and in contrast to other products the
surroundings don‘t warm up particularly.
Dripping grease is channeled into a drip tray and it then runs through a drain into a container placed below.
Thus, the grease does not touch the heating coils and there is neither smoke nor smell production.
Food can be kept perfectly warm since you can vary the temperature and move the food around.
This way food will not get burned.
