CoreMatrix Acquires Redxlerant, Expanding Its
Cloud-Based Offerings for Financial Services,
Healthcare and Energy Companies

firm Redxlerant. The acquisition was finalized on September 1, 2010.
CoreMatrix’s acquisition of Redxlerant strengthens its service offerings in three key industries: financial services,
healthcare and energy. In addition, the combined entities extend CoreMatrix’s expertise across different private and
public cloud computing platforms including Force.com, Google and Amazon. The acquisition also significantly
enhances the breadth and depth of the Company’s competencies surrounding the design and implementation of
customer service clouds, integrated marketing solutions, mobile applications and social media solutions.
