Era Licenses Surveillance Equipment to LEMZ
SRA Subsidiary Signs Agreement in Russian Federation

FAIRFAX, Va.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Era a.s., a subsidiary of SRA International, Inc. (NYSE: SRX),
today announced that it has entered into a licensing agreement with Lianozovo Electromechanical Plant (LEMZ R&P
Corporation) for the manufacturing and delivery of Era’s air traffic management (ATM) surveillance products within
the Russian Federation.
LEMZ is an internationally recognized research and production corporation with a rich 60-year history developing,
manufacturing and managing radar technologies for the Russian Federation as well as 50 other countries around the
world. Recently, LEMZ chose Era’s next-generation surveillance technology for solutions in Moscow and Sochi.
“This agreement represents another positive step in our long-term relationship with LEMZ,” said SRA President and
CEO Stan Sloane. “Like Era, LEMZ is an ATM pioneer with a proven track record of successful ATM endeavors
across the Russian Federation. They are the perfect partner to help expand our reach in the Russian market.”
The initial agreement lasts for 10 years and includes the installation of an Era MSS multilateration and ADS-B
surveillance solution at Pulkovo Airport. This system will be used by LEMZ to demonstrate the operational
capabilities of the technology to potential future customers.

Era’s multilateration solution provides higher accuracy, faster update rates, better coverage and improved reliability
when compared to conventional radar, at a much lower initial cost and with lower ann
