BIDS Trading Announces Barclays Capital as

NEW YORK--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--BIDS Trading, L.P. announced today that Barclays Capital has
become the latest investor in the alternative trading system (ATS) designed to increase competition and liquidity in
the U.S. equity block trading market.
Barclays Capital (LSE: BARC) joins current investors BofA Merrill Lynch (NYSE: BAC), Citi (NYSE: C), Credit
Suisse Group (NYSE: CS), Deutsche Bank (NYSE: DB), The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS),
JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM), Knight Capital Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: NITE), Lehman Brothers (OTC:
LEHMQ), Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS), NYSE Euronext (NYX), and UBS (NYSE: UBS) bringing the total
number of investors in BIDS Trading to twelve.

BIDS Trading allows market participants to trade large blocks of equities without revealing their order. Information
