COMPLAINT NAMES BERK AND COMPANY, INC.
The Boston' Regional Office filed a complaint on December 1 in the U.S. District Court
for the District of Massachusetts
seeking injunctive and other relief against Berk and
Company, Inc., a Boston-based advertising agency.

Permanent Injunction, which will enjoin it from violating the antifraud provisions of
the securities laws.

the initial public offering of Berk and Company.
