Annual SummerToast Event is Metro’s Largest
Marketing and Business Networking Party

DENVER--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--On Thursday, Aug. 5, from 5 to 8:30 p.m., Denver metro-area
marketing, communications and business professionals will arm themselves with business cards at the award-winning
SummerToast, Denver’s largest event for marketing and business professionals. The eighth annual SummerToast will
be held at Writer Square, at 15th and Larimer Streets,
Admission is $20 for advance on-line registration at www.summertoast.com, and $10 for students. Attendees may
connect with 13 networking organizations, more than 50 businesses and Writer Square merchants. More than 20
participating restaurants will serve complimentary appetizers, with FREE beverages from Bud Light, Grand Lake
Brewing Company, Wynkoop Brewing Company, Skyy Vodka, Izze, Eldorado Water, Vuka and Freshies.
“Each year, SummerToast attracts nearly 1,000 marketing and business professionals who gather to network and
enjoy wonderful food, drink and entertainment, while raising money for a chosen charity,” said Sandra Murray of
Contagious Media. Murray produces the event with Victoria Stephens of Green Convene Strategies, and Niki
Bertoglio of graphic design firm Unique Fyre. This year’s chosen charity is Denver Children’s Home,
A unique attribute of SummerToast is that more than 30 Toast Hosts help coordinate event details. Toast Hosts are
metro-area marketing and communications professional organizations, area colleges that offer marketing and
communication programs, and local businesses that offer industry-relevant products and services.
Another SummerToast attraction is the fourth annual “Connection Maker of the Year award” sponsored by
www.AndrewHudsonsJobsList.com. The winner is selected among nominees submitted by the greater Denver
marketing community for outstanding networking skills and will be announced at the event.
