Excentus Subsidiary Centego Acquires Assets and
Operations of Metrosplash

DALLAS--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Excentus Corporation (“Excentus”) and Metrosplash Systems Group
(“Metrosplash”) announced today that the assets and operations of Metrosplash have been acquired by Centego II,
LLC (“Centego”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Excentus. Centego’s primary market focus will be providing best of
class fuel control and rewards technology and services to fuel site and grocery store operators for private label
reward programs and commercial fuel marketing. Under the terms of the acquisition agreement, Excentus and
Metrosplash contributed certain assets and operations of their businesses to become partners in Centego which will
be managed by Excentus.

on the burgeoning opportunity in the convenience store rewards and grocery store cross-promotion markets through
