Dr. Steven Osterlind Joins PSI's Science Advisory

BURBANK, Calif.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--PSI, an industry-leading provider of professional testing
services, announced that Dr. Steven Osterlind has joined its Science Advisory Board. As an advisor, he will
provide oversight of PSI's Test Development projects for Licensure and Certification.
Dr. Osterlind brings with him a wealth of experience specific to PSI’s marketplace. For the past 26 years, Dr.
Osterlind has been a Professor of Measurement and Statistics at the University of Missouri. In addition to publishing
several text books and hundreds of technical reports, Dr. Osterlind has developed more than 25 tests for the
licensing and certification markets.
PSI’s Science Advisory Board helps to ensure that PSI’s psychometric practices are sound and effective. The
Board is comprised of leading experts in Educational and Psychological Measurement, Industrial/Organizational
Psychology, and Labor Law, and includes university professors, past presidents of psychological associations,
authors and journal editors, and lecturers on testing, measurement, and related legal issues. Other members of the
