client-focused company, 60% of offi ce-based

now fi rmly embedded into the Deloitte & Touche culture. SmartSpace
elevates “hoteling”, a notion that shifts from the traditional one-person
one-offi ce layout to the more versatile offi ce-as-needed approach.
Steve’s team increased space effi ciency while providing expanded
employee services and technologically- advanced offi ces.
