owning, using and maintaining a line or lines of Electric Telephone pursuant to and in conformity with the
provisions of Article VIII of the Transportation Corporations Law, and for that purpose we do hereby certify as
I. The name of the proposed Corporation is, the Warwick Valley Telephone Company.
II. The general route and points to be connected by said line are, the residences, business and public places in the
Village and Town of Warwick, New York, the County of Orange, New York, and the Counties of Sussex and
Passaic, New Jersey.
