Created, explored and instrumental in the restructuring of the STCL On-
Site General Civil Clinic to the Direct Representation Legal Clinics
representing an array of six various clinics in estate planning,
guardianship, probate, family law, and community education; offered
variously day and evening sections, spring, summer, fall semesters;
experimental offerings Fall 2007 through Fall 2008; permanent course
offerings as of Spring 2009.
Created, developed, and taught winter intersession estate planning skills
course involving direct client representation; experimental offering
January 2008; permanent course offering as of January 2009.
Assistant Clinical Professor (1997-2003)
Director of On-Site Legal Clinics (1997- December 2006)
Involved in the restructuring of the STCL on-site legal clinics from the
Disability Clinic and HIV Clinic to the General Civil Clinic; experimental
Spring 2000 through Fall 2000; permanent offering Spring 2001.
Management oversight of legal clinic staff consisting of receptionist,
paralegals, and staff attorneys; oversight of physical plant and equipment;
responsible for grant reporting to funding entities; ensured maintenance of
professional insurance and IOLTA trust account; ensured timely case
evaluation, acceptance, file maintenance, and case oversight; pursued the
acquisition of equipment
