IRVINE, Calif.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Dr. Mickey D. Levy, chief economist for Bank of America, will
be the keynote speaker at the 2010 Orange County Public Company Forum on March 16. Dr. Levy will be
followed by a panel of five distinguished executives who will provide insight to “The New Normal” of today’s

challenging today’s corporate leadership. Among the topics to be addressed include the status of today’s capital
markets; the role of private equity funds; recent developments in the regulatory and reporting framework for public
companies; mergers and acquisitions; strategies and options for liquidity; and fundamental shifts in the relationships
among investors, directors and management.
