The Foundation has partnered with the American Grassfed Association to
offer a series of one-day grassfed workshops around the country. The
workshops are geared to provide producers with the information necessary
to grow and finish ruminant animals on native grasses.

The Foundation has partnered with Dr. Glen Dupree, a homeopathic
veterinarian, to offer a series of two-day workshops focused on the theory,
philosophy and mechanics of classical homeopathy and how to apply these
skills in every day situations on-farm.

the animal compassion foundation was initiated with a grant of
$550,000 from Whole Foods Market Inc. from the Company’s first Global 5%
Day on January 26, 2005. Five percent of all customer purchases on that day
— from all Whole Foods Market stor
