Cliff Link Joins Intellicheck Mobilisa as Senior

PORT TOWNSEND, Wash.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Intellicheck Mobilisa, Inc. (NYSE Amex: IDN), a
global leader in access control and wireless security systems, has appointed Cliff Link as Senior Vice President
overseeing business development opportunities with the Department of Homeland Security.

Mr. Link retired from federal service as an Assistant Director after a career as a Federal Special Agent and
Executive with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS). During his
career, he conducted and led investigations and operations in law enforcement, counter terrorism and counter
intelligence, literally around the globe. His career included duties across the United States as well as overseas in
Europe, the Far East, and the Middle East, including IRAQ.
After the bombing of the USS Cole, and later the events of 9-11, he was assigned to the Secretary of the Navy’s
Anti-Terrorism Task Force, leading the Intelligence and Situational Awareness Working Group. He was also a
member of the implementation team for the development of the President’s National Strategy for Maritime Security.
