With the exponential increase in the information being generated today,
it is easy to forget that information has value only if it is available when
required and accurately fits the requirement, the product, or service that it
is describing.
One of the key benefits of today’s modern enterprise is the organizational
flexibility and efficiency provided by the Internet. That benefit, however,
is frequently offset by the time involved in searching, verifying, and cross
checking information to determine its validity. Failure to perform these
checks means risking the consequences of using inaccurate or inadequate
