A Beneficiary Deed that is signed, notarized and recorded in the Arizona county where the property is located will transfer
ownership of Arizona real property on the death of the last owner to the heirs named in the Beneficiary Deed. The
purpose of the Beneficiary Deed is to transfer the property to the owners' heirs and avoid probate.
