NCLEX Training and Employment Agreement
1. This agreement is between Nurses4America (Worldwide Emigration Ltd.) of
Suite D2, Basepoint Business and Innovation Centre, 110 Butterfield, Great Marlings,
Luton, Bedfordshire LU2 8DL, United Kingdom henceforth known as the “Training Provider” and
you henceforth known as “the student”.
a. This is an exclusive agreement between the Training Provider and the student and
the student is prohibited to sign with any other NCLEX or CGFNS training provider,
US healthcare or US nursing recruitment agency or a direct US healthcare employer
for 24 months from the date of signing this agreement.
b. After this 24 month period the Training Provider will release the Student from this
agreement.

4. The training program comprises of:
a. NCLEX® Review 3500 Study Software for NCLEX-RN
5. The Student’s obligations:
a. To participate in the Training program.
b. To study very vigilantly and dedicate all your free time to the study of the Training
program in order to pass AT THE FIRST ATTEMPT the NCLEX-RN® exam and
obtain the IELTS Academic band score of at least 6.5 and Spoken band of at
least 7.0.
IMPORTANT:
IELTS is only required if:
i. Your original registered nursing qualification was NOT obtained from these
designated countries: Australia, Barbados, Canada (including the five recently CGFNS
designated English-Language Schools from Quebec), Ireland, Jamaica, New Zealand, South
Africa, Trinidad and Tobago, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
ii. These countries may be exempt from the English language proficiency examinations
(at the discretion of CGFNS) which qualifies them to receive the Certified Statement from
CGFNS as an alternative proc
