XXIII. Loan Servicing
If any installment is not paid
according to the terms of the loan
agreement, the loan is not fully satisfied
at expiration of the loan agreement, or
the borrower is in default on any term
of the loan agreement or security
instruments, the loan will be serviced in
accordance with 7 CFR 1951.468 or its
successor regulation, during the term of
the loan.
