Host and Customer Promotions Ordering Tutorial
Each month, Gold Canyon offers exciting and generous promotions for your Hosts and
customers! Depending on the month, the order entry process for free or discounted items
for which your Host or customers qualify may differ. When your Host or customers
qualify for a promotion, it is important that you remember to enter any free or discounted
items at the time you place the Party order. This tutorial will show you how to complete
your Party order and how to make sure you enter any free or discounted items for which
your Host and customers have qualified through a promotion.
To begin entering your Party order, select the Party order type under Action/Manage My
Next, select your Host by searching by a first name, last name, city, state/province or by
viewing all Hosts. You can enter new Hosts by clicking on New Host/Customer and
completing his or her information.
Once your Host has been selected or entered, enter the address to which the order is being
shipped. When this is complete, click on Customer Selection.
Select all customers who attended the Party from your customer list. You can enter any
new customers by clicking on the New Customer button and completing their

your customers’ orders. Once a customer’s order reaches the required minimum in
commissionable sales for a promotion, that customer will earn a qualifying product at a
discount. The order entry screen will indicate the products from which a customer may
choose at a discount.
Enter the discounted items for which your customers have qualified in customers’ orders.
You will see the discount amount.
After all customer orders have been entered and the Party total reaches the required
amount in commissionable sales, your Host has earned a free item to be included in this
