CCT Group Announces the Acquisition of IRT

NEW YORK--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--CCT Group Limited (“CCTG”) announces the acquisition of
Interactive Response Technologies, Inc. (“IRT”).
Following a business combination signed today, CCTG has completed the acquisition of IRT. The business
combination creates a world-class contact center & BPO organization with strong characteristics as highlighted
below:
l complementary state-of-the-art onshore, offshore and nearshore capabilities delivered by facilities in United
States, Philippines, and Panama;
l enhanced executive team focused on quality, overseeing close to 6,000 professionals, operating across the

Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, IRT is a leading provider of state-of-the-art contact
center & BPO services. IRT has facilities in the states of Florida, Texas, and Oklahoma, and employs 2,700 contact
