Without eyes, colors fade; without eyes, feeling numbs; without eyes, life dies. The colorful world is
exposed to us, but only through our eyes we can savor its beauty. Our eyes are so delicate and fine
that the protection of them is quite important. Here are some points in care of eyes.
1.	Blink your eyes often in order to protect them. Usually people believe it is a bad habit to blink eyes
quite often. As a matter of fact, to blink your eyes often is good. If you blink often, it will reduce the time
of exposing your eye balls in the air. What’s more, it will avoid tear from evaporating excessively,
so it will keep your eyes moist.
2.	Place a cup of water on the computer desk, and then your eyes would be bright and healthy. With
the development of science and technology, people need to work with computers and the working time
is quite long, which will lead to the eye tiredness, such as the dryness of eye, dizziness, headache. If
you could put a cup of hot water beside you, the moisture from it could relax your eyes.
3.	Sufficient sleep could moderate the eye tiredness. As we all know, the competition in the society is
quite fierce, so that many people may exert their own effort as much as possible. For example, people
may develop a habit of doing their night duty. It means that they need to sacrifice their sleeping time.
Although it is quite favorable to be praised by your boss, admired by your peer, and prided by your
