Euro RSCG Discovery Appoints Zain Raj CEO
CRM, Loyalty Marketing Firm Puts Retail Expertise, Digital at the Core
March 31, 2008. NEW YORK / CHICAGO. Euro RSCG Worldwide today announced it has appointed
Zain Raj as CEO of Euro RSCG Discovery, the agency network's data analytics and customer
relationship marketing company. Raj, who is widely recognized for his expertise in data analytics and
one-to-one marketing, plans to expand the agency's loyalty and CRM portfolio of services.
"We see customer retention and loyalty marketing becoming a key driver of growth for our clients, not
only as we enter an imminent global economic recession, but in the years to come, as well," said Raj.

Euro RSCG 4D’s Wilton, Conn., office—a primarily digital agency—will roll into Euro RSCG Discovery.
Raj will direct operations, key initiatives, client service and new business across the agency's three
offices in Chicago, Wilton and Richmond, Va. Euro RSCG 4D will continue to exist as a separate digital
and direct agency in other areas of the Euro RSCG Worldwide network.

continue as Global Practice Leader,
