Online, correspondence and computer based courses using CD-ROMs are available from many
providers. The following is a list of providers that have courses approved by the Missouri Depart-
ment of Natural Resources for renewal training hours for drinking water treatment, distribution,
wastewater and concentrated animal feeding operations certificates. Although the department is
providing this informational list, the department cannot endorse any one training provider. Costs
vary by provider. Confirm with the training provider that the course is approved for hours by the
Missouri Department of Natural Resources.
Special Note: If you’re interested in online courses, it may be important to have a working printer
connected to your computer. Some online courses allow you to print a certification of completion
at the end of the course, others may mail it to you. Obtaining proof of completion is very important.
Without it, you may not be awarded training hours.
